PTWin accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad. All deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where possible, or held pending investigation.
The minimum deposit amount on PTWin is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though PTWin may apply limits to specific accounts as part of its responsible gaming or fraud prevention procedures.
Deposits are credited to your PTWin wallet within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 10 minutes, contact PTWin support with your transaction reference number.
Note: PTWin does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Check with bKash or Nagad directly if you are unsure about their charges.
PTWin reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, PTWin will notify you and may request additional verification before processing any further transactions.
Withdrawals on PTWin are processed to bKash or Nagad accounts registered in your own name only. PTWin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect players and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawals are processed within 60 seconds for amounts up to ৳50,000. Larger withdrawals may be subject to additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process.
PTWin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, PTWin will contact you to explain the situation and request any necessary documentation.
PTWin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
All PTWin bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before the bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated before you claim it.

Bets are final once confirmed. PTWin does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except in cases where a technical error on PTWin's side has resulted in an incorrect bet being recorded. In such cases, PTWin will investigate and resolve the issue at its discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on PTWin. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and likely permanent closure with forfeiture of all balances:
PTWin monitors all accounts for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. If your account is flagged, PTWin may suspend it pending investigation without prior notice. PTWin will contact you to explain the situation and provide an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm.
PTWin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:
If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for any other reason, PTWin will process a withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your PTWin account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcomes and the resulting balance will be paid out to your registered payment method.
